If you want to sell your items on klekt, think about it again... I sold a pair of dunks on their site. When I sent them they were in normal condition. A week later I get an email from them saying that they are authentic but have factory flaws and they are super creased on pictures they provide. When I sent them they weren't creased so this wasn't my fault. The worst part? If I want to get the shoes back now I have to PAY 37 EUR for shipping back to me. That's more than a third of the price of the shoe. Ridiculous. Never selling with them again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. Their payouts also take more than a week so I really recommend you sell your items elsewhere

Overall, very satisfied with these shoes. Didn't take that long to arrive (maybe two weeks) and the condition of the shoes were amazing. Super quality and I am very pleased with the shoes.

Paid £400 for OW Prestos on the 13th of January and everything went fine. On the 18th I got an email saying the shoes were on there way to the UK National warehouse and that’s the last I’ve heard.
I’ve probably contacted support about 5 times just to find out what’s going on with them and I’ve had people saying they are currently being cleaned by Crep, they are in the UK and an automated reply saying they are still on their way to the UK from EU.
I’d be fine waiting this long but it’s just the lack information regarding the order. I just want to know what’s happening with my shoes!

KLEKT sent me shoe with major defect on midsole and outsole without even bothering to inform me and ask me about this defect. And I paid full price. Just noticed it in when I got shoes in hand and very bad customer service

The cost of shipping increased from 18€ to €40 abd my shoes arrived past the 7-12 days deadline. I was in touch with customer service and they were barely helpful, not apologetic abd borderline rude. On top of all I had to pay 122€ if import duties which I never had to do before. I’ve ordered from KLEKT many times before and never paid import duties, had my shoes arrive so late or have had such a poor experience therefore I will not be ordering from KLEKT again.

Really good service, and I think the best thing was the e-mails of the tracking of the order, I’ve never been so confident of an order before, that wasn’t amazon. So really good choice I racommend it.

Posting sale and receiving payment was very easy. However it shows the wrong DHL drop off locations and tells you to drop parcels off there - those locations don’t accept DHL Express (the service KLEKT use). Also took over 24 hours to update that I had dropped the parcel off, nearly hit the cancel deadline due to this. Will use again but those issues need fixing.

I am really sad beacause the shoes not same like on the picture … it s katastrof the colour .. on the picture the colour is like light brown and what i got it s light purple.. i am so satisfied

Really good service, they noticed a some smalls factory flaws and asked if I wanted to get a refund or if they should send the shoes to me

I bought a pair of AF1 Nocta. Upon delivery, I received the sneakers with the left pair featuring the sole of a classic air force 1 unlike the right pair which has the classic little hearts theme. I am awaiting feedback from the team

bad company, bought jordan 11. when I received them at home, the entire bottom soles were discolored completely yellow! I don't get a refund 360 euros paid. scammers dont buy at klekt

Avoid ever using this scamming company. Sold a pair of Jordan 1s on their platform and they have failed the authentication because of 'inconsistency of leather' - they compared one panel of leather to another on the same pair and decided that because it didnt come from the exact same cow and look exactly the same that they would fail the authentication (there is nothing wrong with either panel, exactly how they came from Nike).

They have now been holding my shoes for the past week and are refusing to send them back to me unless i pay 27 euros for shipping.

Sold on stockx and ebay authentication over 100 times and never had an issue, how can an authenticator not pass a shoe because of the leather differences??? no shoe has the exact same leather on every panel, especially not Nike

Absolute con of a company, customer service is useless as well, will definitely not be using ever again and not recommending to anyone.

Best Marketplace ever. It's super easy and super fast the app experience, also the shipment is fast. The support via chat/email/social is extremely kind and extremely well prepared for evetything you need.

Excellent quality on the trainers and great that they are authenticated.

Only downsides are the time to delivery, I cannot order more than one product in a transaction on the app and the boxes were slightly damaged.

Flawless it’s a great reseller website.Similar to stock x but a lot cheaper on the shipping. I’ve used Klekt multiple times and never had any issues. If the seller don’t ship you get your money back. I’ve bought yeezy 700s through there used service and I got a great deal for them. Would totally recommend for any hypebeast clothing and sneakers
